fertile thoughts

I've added a link to blogs I read. I'd invite you to check it out, if you want to know more about infertility. It is written by a Reproductive Endocrinologist (RE), a doctor who specializes in infertility. He gets to write on both sides of the story- both as an RE and a parent who struggled with his wife through infertility to have a baby. Scroll down to the bottom and start with the first post- he has some fantastic information and good insight on what it's like to go through this.

I am in no way posting this to start a debate. I don't want to hear arguments. I've heard enough of them through our struggles and I'm not wanting more. I just want to put this out there so if you want to know more about what an infertile couple might go through, you can get it from someone that isn't just *bitter* about it, but someone who knows, both as a parent and a medical doctor who helps people who desperately want children, become parents. Someone who will tell you that in fact, "relaxing" does not help a medical problem. And adopting will not make you become pregnant one month later. And in fact, getting medical assistance such as IVF does not mean you will become pregnant with 9 children.

If you don't want to read about it, please don't. If you do, please do! He writes in a way that is very easy to read and you might enjoy it!
